Return of defective product
We care so that the packaging of all our products protects in the most secure way our products during transportation. If, however, you find some damage caused to products shipped, please contact us within 14 days directly to our e-mail address email@example.com or call us at 030 28 240 23 226, and we will take back the defective product and send a new one. Additional transport costs will be borne by us. Defective product must be returned in its original packaging in order to be replaced.
Return and get refund
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purcase. If you are not and want to return the item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of order. It is necessary to return us back the product unused in its original package by registered mail or courier. In this case payments is refunded at your paypal/ bank account and shipping costs are not returned while return costs are borne by the customer. We are not responsible in case of damage when returning a product. Tailor made products cannot be returned.
In case of receipt of goods other than those included in your order, please contact us and we will receive the return of the wrong products and re-send the right ones.
