Your order is shipped upon confirmation of payment within the next 3 working days from the date of the order unless otherwise stated in the product description.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and country and city of destination which you can see during checkout, before payment choices.
Express courier DHL: An example of cost for a package of 1kg with DHL towards a county of the EU, eg. Denmark, is 12.88€, while towards the USA is 18.93€. These prices change a bit every month due to the change in the percentage of fuel surcharge.
DHL REMOTE AREAS NOTE: DHL identifies some areas as remote and charges extra (from 0.45€ to 20€ !!!). Please check if your address postal code is in this list and if it is, you can try this: call the closest to you DHL service point and ask if their address is a remote area or not. If not, you can use the DHL service point's address in the shipping address of your order, and write down yours in the order comments along with the note ''I'll pick up my parcel from this DHL service point''. This way you can avoid the extra charges.
Slow post within E.U.: Our cheap and slow shipping option of the Hellenic post is temporarily unavailable. An example of cost for a package of 1kg with simple post towards a county of the EU, eg, Denmark, is 8.50€.
Traceable (slow) post: Our cheap and slow shipping option of the Hellenic post with the upgrade of traceability is now available for non-EU countries. An example of cost for a package of 1kg with simple post towards a county out of the EU eg, the USA, is 11€.
SHIPPING COSTS within GREECE
If you pay with a credit card or via Paypal:
Express courier ACS: 3.80€ for packages weighing max. 2kg (+0.81€ for every extra kg). It includes a tracking number and you will have to provide us with your mobile number for the courier to contact you via SMS for the delivery time.
ACS REMOTE AREAS NOTE: ACS identifies some areas as remote and charges 6.19€ for packages weighing max. 2kg (+1.27€ for every extra kg) and 8.30€ for cash on delivery option. Please check if your address postal code is considered a remote area here and if it is, you can try this: call the closest to you ACS service point and ask if their address is a remote area or not. If not, you can use the ACS service point's address in the shipping address of your order, and write down yours in the order comments along with the note ''I'll pick up my parcel from this ACS service point''. This way you can avoid the extra charges.
DELIVERY TIME
The destination with slow/ traceable post with Express courier
Greece: 5-7 working days 1-3 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days 4-5 working day
Non-EU countries: 10-15 working days 5-6 working days
Unfortunately, we are not liable for failing to meet the calculated delivery times due to delays in the shipping company or natural causes, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak, where some delays are expected. Please note, for deliveries to a country outside EU, the customer shall be responsible for customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes when required. Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Madagascar, Bahrain, Singapore is made only by customer's responsibility.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Express post-DHL & ACS: All National Express and International Express Deliveries are fully trackable. To track your order, input your Order's tracking code at ACS courier's site for destinations within Greece, or at DHL's site for international delivery.
Slow post (currently unavailable): If you’ve chosen Regular Delivery, you can track your order whilst it’s with us – so you can see if we have processed it, or when we’ve shipped it. If the country you’ve chosen for delivery is outside of Europe, your order will be fully trackable – in which case a tracking number will be provided when the order is dispatched. Specifically, a tracking number is not provided for EU countries. If you'd like your order shipped in Europe with a tracking number, choose Traceable post.
Traceable (slow) post: this option upgrades your slow post shipping with the added cost of +2.50 € (currently unavailable) making it fully trackable.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide during your checkout. There is an option for you to provide a different shipping address from yours. If the address given is proved wrong and the package returns to us as undeliverable, the customer pays for re-shipping or can cancel their order and get a refund for the items cost, minus the shipping cost, so please recheck before completing your order. You can also make an account to save your address(es) for the next time!
MAKE IT A GIFT
If you wish us to send your order as a gift to a friend specify it at the 'notes' section during checkout. Let us know if you'd like us to exclude the receipt from the package if you have provided your friend's address in the delivery address. We can wrap the gift nicely as a present for free, exclude the receipt and send it immediately to your friend's address. We can also include a personal handwritten note (max. 20-30 words) with your wishes.
