Application:
To massage: use it on clean, damp, or dry skin by applying a mix of Olive oil Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Almond oil, etc, and drops of the essential oil (eg. 100ml of base oil and up to 30 drops of lavender). Massage gently with circular moves to help muscle strains or muscle tension.
To relax, while on the go: Press one of your nostrils with your finger to close it, hold the open vial under the other nostril and inhale deeply, to relax your mind & body. Repeat with the other nostril.
To refresh a room's air: place drops of the essential oil in water, in a suitable oil burner with a lighted candle underneath. As the water evaporates, the relaxing aroma of lavender will fill the room.
To help you sleep: use a few drops straight on your pillowcase, or on a cotton pad that you can place by your pillow.
Avoid eye contact. For external use only.
Take care of your essential oil: keep it in a cool place without heavy moisture, with the cap tightly closed, away from direct light.
